✨my Booking Process and Cancellation/Rescheduling Policies✨

 

 

So you’re ready to schedule your tattoo appointment, hell yeah! Let’s get our calendars together and get you booked. 

 

✨Let me know if certain days work best. I can usually accommodate just about any schedule, but if the date you want is already booked, then it’s just not available.

 

✨I book appointments no earlier than 12pm (noon), and no later than 5pm on any given day. 

 

✨I schedule appointments quarterly, 3 months at a time. Booking farther in advance just doesn't work for me, I have a life to plan, too! I can make exceptions for clients planning trips from out of town. Please reach out via email or text.

 

✨All individual appointments require a $100 booking fee each to hold a date and time slot. This protects both your chosen appointment date and time, and protects my loss of time from last-minute cancellations. 

 

✨If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let me know at least 24hrs before your appointment, otherwise you forfeit the booking fee! Text or email with URGENT24 as the subject line. I’m not going to give you a limit on how many reschedules you can do, but the booking fee will only be active for 1 year from the original scheduling date. 

 

✨Booking fees are non-refundable. The booking fee will be counted towards the final price of the tattoo it was submitted for.

✨If you want to change the tattoo idea on the same day of your appointment, then a new booking fee is required for a new appointment, and the original booking fee is either forfeited or applied to the original tattoo idea within 6 months. If you want to change the tattoo idea without forfeiting the booking fee, you must let me know no less than 72hrs before your appointment date what changes you want to make via email or text with subject headline URGENT72. I screen notifications for keywords. 

 

✨Make sure you book a date and time that you don’t have anything important scheduled after, in case of time running over. No rushed tattoo looks good.

 👀If you wake up sick in any way on the day of your appointment, PLEASE STAY HOME! You don’t want me tattooing you while I’m sick, I appreciate you not making me tattoo you while you’re sick. If you get me sick, I cannot tattoo anyone else, and that’s bad! If you show up to your appointment sick then your booking fee is automatically forfeited, your appointment that day is canceled, and you will need to reschedule with a new booking fee. Your immune system needs to concentrate on healing your body, don’t try to tough it out and end up even sicker with a crappy healing tattoo. Please be considerate of myself and my coworkers, who have kids and families they don't want to get sick. Your booking fee is still valid if you wake up sick that day. Please text or email urgent24 as the subject line to save your booking fee. I get it, life happens. And I don’t want to get sick! As one of millions of immunocompromised people, I do not want you to bring some shit into the shop! The booking fee is still good for up to 1 year from that appointment date.
